Shipping
Because our products come from different areas of the United States it is impossible to calculate shipping so we have chosen to offer a flat rate shipping fee, it will be as follows:
$1.00-$50.00 ~ $9.99 shipping
$51.00-100.00 ~ $14.99 shipping
$101.00-150.00 ~ $17.99 shipping
$151.00-200.00 ~ $19.99 shipping
Over ~ $9.99 shipping
These prices are subject to change at any time. If you are placing an order all ready, we will contact you before any changes are made to your order.
Accepted Methods of Payment
We accept Paypal and all major credit cards. If you need to pay with a personal check please contact me to make arrangements. There will be delay in shipping so that we can wait for the check to clear.
Return Policy
Because of the nature of our products we have a "no return" policy. Unless of course there was a mistake on our part or if there was damage to the product. In this case you must contact me within 30days of final sale and you must also return the original package and a copy of your sales reciept. I understand that life happens and if there is something that you feel MUST be returned please contact me so that we can discuss it and see if there is something that can be done.
Damaged Shipments
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged be sure to note this. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Damaged Products
If a product appears to be damaged please contact me immediately. I will give you instructions on how to address this matter.
Taxes
Unfortunately we are required by the state to charge sales tax on product and shipping to Washington residents. This is not something that we want to do but have to.
